Pellet Turkey
« on: July 27, 2020, 11:46:10 PM »
Did a turkey breast, rub with McCormick seasoning, injected with butter, Tony’s, honey mixture. Basted with butter every 45 minutes. Then last 45 basted twice with honey, butter and cran-raspberry juice. Then sprinkled with regular/brown sugar mixture. Turned out amazing.

That Turkey looks awesome, an often overlooked good piece of meat to be grilled
