My project...
« on: July 25, 2020, 06:05:17 PM »
The main structure is in place. And party lights added. To-do list includes a countertop on left side, and storage areas. The right side will be home to a 22 WSM and a SmokeFire. The left side will have a three-burner Camp Chef Tahoe stove and a prep area. I’m also making a stand-alone table that will hold a 22 kettle.

Very nice! Looks a bit like what I have been thinking of for a deck renewal project.

Sweet set-up. I like the contrast of the dark pillars with the lighter slats.

That looks great.
I need to figure out something like this myself.
I have to check with my village hall and see what is allowed.

Just a little update. I chose not to put a kettle into a circular cutout in the pergola/kitchen. I could have done it easily, but just didn’t like the idea of a cedar roof overhead. So I’m adding my version of a Performer resto, which will be stored along the house but can be wheeled to wherever needed in the cooking area.
This was made from an old Performer that, sadly, had been terribly neglected. The FB seller gave it to me for $5. I salvaged the bowl and other parts
I hope my interpretation of this reimagined Performer does justice to the Performer name, and does justice to the rescued cooker. I think it will have many happy days ahead.

Beautiful. I think I need to do something like that. I made a concrete counter tops with a mold for the bowl. But. It’s starting to crack. I’m bummed but I really like they way yours looks so I think I’m gonna start over.
