New member here from near Raleigh, NC. I've been barbecuing on gas for forever and enjoy it. I purchased a 22" kettle several years ago and the enjoyment factor got kicked up a notch. With the onset of the pandemic, I've been doing more barbecuing and decided that I wanted to begin smoking meat, so I picked up a 22" Weber Smokey Mountain. Used it once and it worked out great, but I have a lot of questions and a lot to learn. I am looking forward to interacting with the forum.
