I called last night at ~7p their time and after about a 10-min hold, was auto-directed to leave a message.

Have been on hold for 57 mins now.

I was told they are expecting more inventory next week, so if they are out you could still place an order to have a spot when they get more in. Rep seemed pretty sure of it, didn't seem as clueless as the one I got last night. Hope this works for any of us that missed the initial release.

At 1 hour and 55 mins of hold time my call was answered. The CSR was friendly but generally clueless re: the grill. All I got out of the call was the promise of an email with updated info on future availability. :/

Looks great!

Do all modern 26ers have a second set of leg sockets to hold the ash pan?

That does look like a leg socket, I think it might be a weird angle on the little things that hold the ring though

Yes, 1 set leg socket, 1 set of brackets to hold pan
Seeking a Black Sequoia I know I know, I'd settle for just the tabbed no leg grill

Tried to re-create that angle, and it looks like a socket too I think, definitely not a leg socket though

Does anyone know if you order from Weber if you need to sign for it when it arrives via FedEx? This grill being $400 is why I ask. I live with some immunocompromised individuals so I try and limit my exposure to others as much as I can.

It shouldn’t.  FedEx isn’t even requiring actual signatures for alcohol shipments right now.

Thanks for the response! USPS will sign for you from a distance if you answer your door and give them the verbal go ahead. But I purchased a knife and the guy shipped via FedEx and required a signature and some punk kid came up in my face and asked me to sign and I just told him to sign for me and set it on the bench.
