Reverse seared tomahawk on the custom K code chocolate CGA

... put the custom chocolate CGA straight to work last night on a beautiful 2 plus pound Piedmontese tomahawk using weber briquettes, peach wood and JG offset plate from my mates across the pond.
Anyone curious about getting a kettle, or any porcelain work done I  implore you to speak with Independence Porcelain Enamel. Customer service, attention to detail, amazing quality and a very artistic eye. I am beside myself with how well this CGA came out for me.

... hahahaha he travels to follow the food and lays like this, every once in awhile he'll lift his head and look out the corner of his eye in waiting.
