Over night brisket In the Summit

Put some brisket in around 11pm. Took about half hour to get the temp set at 120c / 250f.
7am this morning went outside and she's sitting at 119c/246f couldn't ask for a better over night cook. Wrapping for another 4 to 5 hrs then the esky for 4hrs for burgers tonight. Update pictures to come. Happy grilling

You won't regret it if you get one. But the other kettles won't like her because she's all you will use
