Thanks all for your respond, I messaged the seller as soon as I saw the ad.  But he hasn't responded.
The only question was I saw this color normally with 3 air dampers, not with 1 touch.

Yes, both charcoal and cooking grates with tilt up side.  I’ve yet to use it though, but have the same on my ‘73 Red 18 and love it.  I’ve probably used it half a dozen times so far.  SO easy to clean.
