Steak and shrimp on a Chief

We did a little surf and turf today, dry-aged ribeye and shrimp cooked in garlic, butter, pepper flakes and white wine.  Served with collard greens.

Hope everyone is doing ok.  ✌️

Very, very, nice looking cook there. Who even makes collared green on a grill?! That’s bomb!
