Front Leg Of Kettle Falls Out

My Weber is great except I can't keep the leg from dropping out of its sleeve. What to do to fix it? Otherwise it's working great.

A couple of wraps of aluminum tape will solve it.

Pull it out, squeeze it gently with channel lock pliers to make it just a tad bit out of round, reinsert.

Some have mentioned inserting a broom handle, wrench or something else to basically enlarge the tube opening by forcing the tube walls outward a bit.  I haven't tried it, but it makes sense.

I drilled and pop riveted all 3 legs as I frequently carry the grill down a flight of stairs and into a trailer for camping.

I just used channel locks and squeezed the heck out of it to crimp they together. Never moved again in 5 years.
