I went to a local Indian store for ingredients. This was incredible. Huge hit with the family and the first time I have made it.

I’ve never tried it but I love Indian spice and limes... gotta give it a roll.

It’s really easy. I cut up a whole chicken and bought a tandoori box of spice from the Indian market and marinated in that and sour cream, chopped garlic and some nutmeg.

Wow that looks amazing. I have only had Indian cuisine once but I think I would love to try this. Wish there was an Indian market close by here in NC

Looks grate, I love spices and flavors from India, lucky for us I only have to go about a mile to get all I need, even @Mr.CPHo comes and shops there when he is in town.

When I die and, presumably, go to heaven, it’ll be the Buford Highway Farmers Market.

Thanks guys. We have Asian, Mexican, and Indian markets close by that I need to go to more often. I always find something delicious and different to try. Looking forward to going to some farmers markets this summer too.

I’m sure you could order the spices if the local market doesn’t have them. I’ll check and see if what I used is available online.
