Wing night!

One of my favorites. Wings grilled and tossed in a garlic buffalo sauce. Jalepeno cheddar brats and a pasta salad. So much yum.

Thanks! I did direct, then off to the side, then back on to finish. Gotta be careful on the wings!

Also, to that point, I see a lot of people only attempting wings with a vortex or indirect only. I plead people to just grill them! Don't bake them, you can do that in the oven. They can be amazing with crispy brown skin when paid careful attention.
