I did a couple flats on mine...they probably filled a normal cookie sheet 3/4 of the way, so I’m thinking 12/15 lbs!

Did a 12er trimmed the flat side even, stuck it between the handles and propped it with a couple of wood chunks until it shrunk. Used the trimming as an early snack around the 1 to 1.5 hr mark.

I swear, when I score a great deal on a 26" I'll stop buying grills... So often.

I’ve done Packer Brisket up to 14 pounds on my 18 wsm.   26 inch kettle is perfect.

12-16lb is good for an 18WSM (after trim).

I've done a 14 lb brisket in my 18.5. Squeezed between the handles and placed a small stainless steel bowl underneath until it shrank.

Thanks everyone apparently it's a go with a reasonably sized brisket. Thanks for your help.
