18.5 Gas Kettle Build

I made my GSK out of a newer 18 and wok burner. There is still some fine tuning and customizing left to do, but that's half the fun right? This project was mainly meant for making fish tacos, but I also plan to make fried chicken, pizzas, paella, skillet breakfasts and grill (since the top grate still fits) and as a crab steamer when the local Dungeness comes in. I expect this will get ton's of use! Cheers!

Thanks Man! I need to put a lid therm and vent handle on ASAP! I can close the lid after cooking and deal with the hot stuff after it cools down the next morning and it's a lot safer for those with kids and pets.

I picked it up at the flea market years back,  it's a Mexican made one mainly for fish tacos because they drain when pushed up the side rather than paper towels.

A guy on the hot pepper forum uses one, and he definitely makes fish tacos too lol. I have been hoping to stumble across one somewhere.
