Rookie Pizza Video
« on: March 30, 2020, 04:56:04 PM »
I made some pizzas this past Friday and took some pics and video.

I used the iMovie app to put it together.

Nothing fancy, but thought you all may get a kick out of it.

YouTube Pizza Video  ;D

I used the same homemade dough I always use and my fire management has stayed consistent for a very long time now.

It's a Gaffers & Sattler and we really enjoy cooking with it. Makes a great backdrop for foodie pics too!

Those pizzas look perfect!  Are you using a baking steel in the top?

Made pizza on Sunday using the inside oven but had a problem with my crust being slightly dense and chewy like it didn’t rise while baking. Weird. It hasn’t done that to me before.
