Pollen dusted ribs

Took a break Sunday and did some 321 ribs, pollen everywhere, the ribs turned out good

Those ribs look delicious, and, based on the pollen count, I can't wait to see the recreation of the 13th green at Augusta National in your back yard!

@bbqking01 that looks like really real pollen, it happens like that in the town where I work... Cambria, Ca.  Pine pollen.

Oh, so your talking about what’s on the lid then...I grew up in Washington State, west of the cascades, so I should have known. But then that was 25+yrs ago, so I get a pass...lol all I get now in Phoenix is dust, dust, and more dust.
