Weber fries
« on: March 28, 2020, 03:06:43 PM »
How can something so simple taste that good?

While we had some nice Jamaica jerk wings and a little sirloin steak, the kettle fries stole the show!

Keep on cooking my friends!

Oh yeah!  Sounds awesome. I’ll have to try kettle fries. What’s the procedure?

I usually half the potatoes and then make 1/2”  slices. Drizzle with olive oil and Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder (or whatever else I have on hand).
