Pulled at 195 and glazed it. Threw it back on for 20 minutes to set the sauce . It’s resting now and I’ll shred it in a couple hours.

Did up these two big butts Friday (2 days ago) on the 26er.
Had a mountain of pulled pork!

Pic was taken just before wrapping and then I ramped up the heat.
