Seller said he would consider any reasonable offer. Said it needs flavorizer bars and maybe grates.

That is a Genesis 2000.  Great restoration project.
But it will need a lot of love.  For about $125 in new parts
you can have a grill that will serve you perfectly for 10 years.
Use your own judgment from there. 
If I could get it for $25 .... I would buy it and restore it.

I bought this one in similar condition the one you are looking at last year
for $25.



I did add a side burner, but it started out as the 2000 model.
