Cambro set up.
« on: March 13, 2020, 07:50:13 PM »
Coworker tragically passed away Tuesday and his services are tomorrow. Iím smoking 4 butts for the family to eat after the services . Injected them and threw them in my Briner Bucket with all  the leftover injection till 4 am . Itís nice being able to use the Cambro  to keep things cold like this to save room in the fridge. Pan of ice on the bottom will keep it cool for 10 hours. Most people only use Cambroís to keep food warm but i find myself using this setup a lot !

I keep it simple with the seasonings when feeding a lot of people. Equal parts salt and pepper and 1/4 part garlic and onion powder. My secret is the pork injection but itís simple ingredients too. Apple juice, water , salt , sugar , Worcestershire , and stained Italian dressing. The Italian dressing sounds weird but it works
