Marinated chicken thighs
« on: March 11, 2020, 07:16:53 PM »
Marinated some bone in chicken thighs. 24 hours in orange juice and Tony’s. Then another 24 hours in soy/Worcestershire sauce. Then grilled/smoked on Weber kettle for one hour and 15 minutes. Made some onion, tomatoe, ginger, and parsley to top it with. Boiled the toppings in left over marinade, then poured on top right after removal from grill. Turned out super!!

Love the using of orange juice - underrated!!!
Wife: Let me guess... you want to grill again

Whoa! Those look awesome! I do chicken thighs all the time but never think to marinate them, let alone marinade them in two different marinades over 48 hours. I may need to try this.

It’s pretty good...I recommend not using concentrate oj. I thought I was getting non-concentrate, but alas, it was.
