Sucker for open box sales

Thermoworks gets me every time with these open box deals .  Does anyone have the billows ? When catering I run Bbq Gurus but would love to have everything in one unit like this.

When it comes to the need for accessories/toys, I usually fall back on the N+1 formula where N= the total I currently have.
