My first beef ribs. Turned out ok. I think I pulled them a bit early but my GF was hungry and that takes precedence.

Just thought they were a bit tougher than I expected after cooking them for 6+ hours.

It's not necessary a bad thing to pull early with the GF.  We still talking about food?
