My first beef ribs. Turned out ok. I think I pulled them a bit early but my GF was hungry and that takes precedence.

Just thought they were a bit tougher than I expected after cooking them for 6+ hours.

lol. I was fixed a long time ago and we're both in our 60s so either way, no risk.
