First Ranch Low n Slow
« on: March 01, 2020, 11:07:30 AM »
19 pound prime packer.  I was very pleased with how well the ranch held temps.  Super easy to dial in.  One bottom vent open and the top vent about halfway was 250 all night long.  It’s a bit charcoal hungry, but who cares?  Made this beauty for a friend’s 40th birthday.

You can't beat the steady temp in a ranch for low and slow, brisket looks awesome
Seeking a Black Sequoia I know I know, I'd settle for just the tabbed no leg grill
