Finished the resto of the table
I pulled the whole table apart, sanded, 3 coats of oil and all new SS hardware
The lid holder is metal and I put 3 layers of plastic shrink wrap around it to protect the paint on the lid
Pretty happy with how it came up.

Oh yeah, I tested it out tonight with some Brined wings
But it was to dark out to get any shots so here's a pic of them plated
The skin was so crispy

Nice work. So is that table a Weber branded table? How do you rate that basket Joel? Could you lay out a spatchcocked bird in it and do it flattened out Portuguese style?

It doesn't say Weber but I'm 99% sure Weber sold these in the 80/90's just like the side table
The basket is pretty cool. It could do a Portuguese chook for sure
I think it was only $10 or $15 off amazon

Cool. I've seen similar ones on E-Prey and at various retail stores, but I have been hesitant as I wasn't sure if they were up to it.

All the pizza talk in this thread, and especially that multi pie rack, got me thinking about ways to turn my WSM into a high heat, high volume pizzamatic. Not to distract from the rotisserie discussion, though.
