4 Rivers Coffee Rub
Mustard

Put on grill at 8.30am UK time.
4 hours in IT reached 160 degrees.

Spritzing with apple juice

Remove when IT reaches 205 degrees!

Nervous about the new Coffee rub but what the heck! LOL.
