Looks really good!  Love the grill marks.....must be grillgrates.com.  I have a set of those for my gasser and a round set for a kettle.  I need to use those again.
that’s them. I have a set for my Pk that I use in SCA cooks and a set for the kettle. One of my favorite grill accessories. I’ve found that getting the rails 620-650 degrees is the sweet spot for searing and most SCA cooks target that temp as well. Gives you great marks without the bitter burnt flavor.

Oh my, I love fillet - our butcher regularly has high quality choice, but I've never asked for anything better. for something like this, definitely worth the ask! Amazing job!
Wife: Let me guess... you want to grill again

Thanks ! For a special occasion I highly recommend trying it. Beefy flavor like a sirloin with the melt in your mouth texture.
