Low carb thread

Post your low carb meals.

Last night was salmon seasoned with salt and pepper and jalapeņo powder. Served with riced cauliflower that I stir fried with egg carrot sesame oil ginger garlic and soy. Also had some green beans and smoked sausage.

Coming up with side dishes is always tough but this meal was really good.
