Midnight Blue Sam Adams SJ (NIB)
« on: May 01, 2015, 11:12:36 AM »
Just got this in the mail today.  Found on Craigslist about 70 miles from me and the seller was kind enough to ship for me.  It was at my expense of course, plus a few extra bucks for his trouble.  But well worth it.  It's a DD code (2000).

I haven't put it together yet, but I was so excited I had to share some pictures.

The color is striking.  It kind of reminds me of what the new C&B performer looks like from pictures I've seen.

The box was in fairly rough shape but the grill is pristine!

The blue on that little kettle is about as rich as it gets.

Never seen that color before. Do like!
It's the iconic symbol for the backyard. It's family/friends, food and fun. What more do you need to feel everything [is] going to be all right. As long as we can still have a BBQ in our backyard, the world seems a bit of a better place. At least for that moment. -reillyranch

Saw this on CL, and was hoping a member snagged it. It was hard to see in the CL pics how blue it is. Man, that's a beauty!

Very nice. Love that colour.

I'm pretty sure that is the same blue as my Carona SJ. Might also be the same as the Lowenbrau SJ.
