Thanks to @inkaddictedchef1 and his YouTube channel for this one. Wife and son LOVED it. My wife made the creama while I did the homemade carne asada style rub and grilled.

Even my son, who claims not to like steak or blue cheese, rolled his eyes back into his head and exclaimed how much he loved it hahah

Man I really loved cooking with my wife. Lots of fun.
