I got this book a couple years ago and just getting around to using it. Bbq meatloaf and the Weber ideal burger were the first two I tried. Post your Weber’s greatest hits cooks here.

They were both good but the burgers were incredible.

YES. This book is amazing. Weber's Ideal Cheeseburgers are my go-to burger recipe--I made them tonight!

I'm the same mate, I love collecting old BBQ books and sometimes forget I have them, then read them a year or two after purchase. I can't wait to see more cooks from this book.
