Pork ribs on a MasterTouch
« on: June 18, 2013, 09:43:39 PM »
Have posted this on another site, but thought I would share it here with my new friends. :)

Costco pork ribs. Trimmed them up. One with Mad Hunky General Purpose rub, the other naked. Did them 3-2-1. Basted the MH ribs with Rendezvous sauce for the last hour and added the Rendezvous dry rub to the naked one when done. Smoked them with a combination of Black Wattle and Cherry wood. Used a mixed heatbeads and Wiltshire coconut charcoal snake. Best ribs I have made, and some of the best ribs I have ever had.

Trimmed and on the weber (with the offcuts)

Done!

Very moist.

Nice and meaty!

Threw some ABTs (with haloumi cheese) on the OTS (but forgot to add the wood!)

Very happy with how they turned out. Will definitely have to go back to Costco for more of these.

Cheers guys. They were fantastic.

Golly, the next Costco store to open in NSW is apparently going to be in Casula.

kendoll  !!!!

Those look fantasic !!!

Really great job on the ribs, and I'm really a sucker for ABT's.....those look  great also!!!

Someone suggested the haloumi cheese when I was having melting out problems awhile back, should test that out, looks from your's that it stays real stable under heat....

Thanks for the great posting !!!!
