Help My SSP

 So two years ago my secret Santa sent me a great wood trim set for my SSP
I guess I tightened the set screws on the vent tab a little too much and it split
 So do any of you know or have a replacement that I could buy from you or
Tell me who makes them.. is it the same member that makes those great
Custom handles?

You could probably send them a some better photos and they will be able to match the finish for you, or at least get close.
