I was wondering what the bracket on the handle was on the German/Austrian grill, sure looks like there's a lot more options/upgrades available in Europe

Got my deep ocean blue Master Touch Monday from Home Depot. Did some chicken thighs and a fatty. Got the fatty a little dry. The thighs were great. Practice makes perfect.

That's awesome man!  I love my kettles. Cooking can be frustrating sometimes.  The fun is constantly chasing after that perfect cook!
