Quiche on the Weber
« on: October 21, 2019, 04:34:14 PM »
Tried something new tonight.  Sausage, dozen eggs, lotsa cheese, green pepper, onion, and a pie crust.  Cooked for 40 minutes in cast iron.  I’ll definitely be doing that again.

Quiche looks great!   Love the cast iron and vintage kettle together.

Man, that appears to be perfection in a pan

Multiple kettles and WSM's. I am not a collector, just a gatherer... and a sick bastard.

You know, I never thought of making quiche at home much less on the barbecue.  I’ve got some time off coming up so I’ll have to give it a try.  Thanks for posing that, it looms great and it’s definitely food, for, thought.
