Vacation Steak Dinner

We’re on fall break in Orange Beach, Alabama this week.  I designated one night “steak night” and tonight was it!

Brought along my Smokey Joe for the job.  The family was pleased with results.  A good break from eating out and I was having kettle withdrawal.

That bone-in ribeye looks marvelous! And there is nothing more depressing than those nasty square perma-grills they have dotted at every park. SJ to the rescue! nice work!
