... home sick. Dinner for one as the wife and kids are out at my brother in laws birthday dinner. Cold grate technique ribeye on the sns 2.0 with the easy spin grates with the dng and internal ash pan. Cooked on my pristine 78 coppermist.

It's funny - I'm new, and own that drip-pan, but totally forgot to use it cooking wings last night.  Oops.
