Howdy,
Is there anywhere decent in Sydney where one could get a 3kg+ brisket?
Really struggling via Google for finding anyone who stocks or can get.
“Beef is expensive at the moment” seems to be the common go to response.
Cheers
Dan

I know there are some Australian members here, that's where Sydney is right? Did you mean Wagyu? The beef from Japanese cattle? Either way I am of no help, being from Kansas.

Hey mate
I’m in Canberra & have no trouble getting brisket here. I usually get grass fed....if I want something ‘special’ or unusual they will
Order it in for me.....
I do know there is a highly reputable butcher on queen st, woollahra called Victor Churchill..... you may need to sell a kidney to afford it though...
