First time for dehydrating peppers and canning salsa. The dehydrated peppers are Serrano. They are super hot and flavorful.

The little ones are tobasco peppers. I dried and crushed those. I still need to blend up the jalapeño powder.

Cool post!
While I can't tolerate too much spice any more, my younger brother would love all these peppers! He's been making his own hot sauces for years, and growing his own veggies has been his thing.

Our custom built garden, everything is high enough so we save our old backs...

Assorted views. As You can see, there is an "L" shaped structure and a rectangular structure. And 9 yards of gooood dirt!
