Bread pudding
« on: June 13, 2013, 07:17:37 PM »
My first attempt at bread pudding. I have never made it before and never eaten it before but my wife and daughter love it so I gave it a shot. It came out pretty good.

If it needs to be Heated to be Eated, I can do it on my Weber!

I used this recipe. I did a few things different. I use a loaf of cinnimon bread and I did not toast it first. The sauce was good but if I make it again I will skip it since everyone liked it better without it.

I'm planning on doing a cheese cake on the Weber tonight if I have time. They are the best oven money can buy! ;D
