Question about bottom vents when cooking pizza
« on: June 29, 2019, 09:22:50 AM »
Some time back, I purchased a Pizza Que.  I've never used it because I decided I was going to turn one of my kettles into a dedicated HIGH TEMP pizza cooker.  I'm assuming when cooking Pizza, you want the bottom vents fully open, is that correct?

The reason I ask is that I'm assuming I can basically just use of an old kettle where the sweeps have rusted away & not even bother to replace the sweeps.
regards,
Hal
