Jason, Can you give us/me some measurements? length of legs? Did you bent the bowl tabs? How big are front casters?

Sorry for the delayed response, but for some reason, I'm not getting any notifications from this site.

Just wondering if you’ve noticed the weight of the lid and the small footprint of the Unknown hinge?

@swamprb

I did not install that hinge, but agree the lid is kinda heavy.

@Rougerocco

The front casters are from Weber and the same used in all of their square tube frames. I can get exact measurements of the legs, if you'd like me to. The rim of the bowl is approximately 34.5" from the ground. Very close in height to the modern Performers. Yes, the bowl tabs are bent. This was done after the tabs were welded to the legs.

Let me know if you guys have any more questions, I'd be happy to answer them as best I can.

So cool!
I'm only 2 or 3 kettles away from being that creepy guy down the street with all the Webers
