What’s everyone cooking?

Smoke is rolling out of the shack today.

St Louis ribs and grilled beets with goat cheese and walnuts for Monday. I'll take some pics.

I have thighs on right now, and burgers tomorrow.

Oklahoma weather not being too cooperative thus far........

Thought I’d try some beef spares I found at Winco. About 2 hours in I grew on a couple of pork steaks from the nearby butcher.

Got my chores done for the day. About to grab my eats and wait for the next storm.

Gonna do some StL spares tomorrow.
Who knows what Monday will bring, but I’m grilling!

Hope y’all have a great 3-day!

Simple burgers and beer brats here, and had to try the corn n tater rack on the Fleetwood. Works great!

My set up for the day. Ribs are just on the 26er - using the SnS and Weber briquettes. Will use the Summit for grilled beets, fried cabbage and warming duty for the ribs.
