Mighty Pizza Stone
« on: April 29, 2019, 05:27:16 AM »
I used one load of Weber chimney starter charcoal briquettes and 1 mini log western wood.   Instead of placing Mighty Pizza Stone (MPS) on cooking grate, I used two sets of MPS extensions legs, it makes it easier to add more briquettes or wood. In this bake, I had to add couple of wood chunks for the last pizza. No issue with wood smoking as long as I left the lid cracked wide enough.

For pizza dough, I used bread flour, 62% water, 2.5%salt, 2 % sugar, ADY (5 hours room temperature).

@BertVentures I was just checking out the MPS online, I like the idea, and if I use it on the 26er it may be perfect. Not very expensive either

@BertVentures
I used that 20% code as you described and it says it doesn't exist. I tried it several times and double and used your link to the site.
