So I’m getting ready for tomorrow’s WKC meet in Chicago and I wanted to try this mod I saw on youtube a while back. My take on the Santa Maria grill. I’m hoping it works out as well as I think it will. Twice the grilling space with cook and sear zone.

I admit that is pretty clever no weld mod. Hardware is probably less than $5 or $10.

Cool setup. If you have a wsm, you can take out the water pan and get a similar effect. Babyback Maniac did a video on it.
