First pizza of spring

Nothing too exciting but frickin delicious.

Homemade dough, straight tomato sauce from a can, mozzarella, caramelized onions, mushrooms, and salsiccia.

very, very, nice ... here in Fla. we make em year round ... did you use a pizza stone ??? I see the grate on the ground .. the stone I have will drop right down in it .. I had the stone about a year before I had the kettle ... lol ... you pie looks extra good

Looks good to me.  I don't think I've done pizza in at least a year.  I wonder if my girlfriend would be pissed if I got up Easter morning and started making dough instead of getting a ham read to double smoke?  LOL

@griz400 I use a baking steel most of the time.

@dogman Making crust is as simple or as hard as you want to make it...my two crust recipes are pretty easy.

almost the same ingredients as beer!  You may already be half way to being a bread expert LOL
