Porterhouse steaks

Local butcher had prime porterhouse steaks on sale for $9.99 I couldn't resist, they are pretty thick should come out good. I'll keep you updated. I'm letting them come to room temp right now.

Came out amazing took them off at 125 it takes up the entire dish the photo makes them look a little dry but they aren't in the slightest
