My first brisket
« on: February 09, 2019, 02:49:32 AM »
My local butcher had them on sale for 3.99 a pound for prime brisket so I decided to pick one up and give it a go. I know my trim job could have been a lot better but I got better as I was cutting. I'll keep uploading pics as its smoking.

You’ll find brisket to be the most difficult yet rewarding cut of meat to cook.

Looks great. Are you spritzing it ? Any plans on wrapping or going to let it ride?
