Woke up way early and decided to try a couple of cooks and start cleaning/restoring the performer.

First attempts on the WSM14:
> StL ribs - keeping it simple with a Memphis rub
> ABTs - halves w/ cream cheese, chorizo, sharp cheddar, & head country rub



ABTs are off and getting eaten.
