I need to buy a grill to my holiday home in Spain and I found a very cheap 2nd hand Genesis 2 E210GBS.
It looks good but my worry is that it does not get hot enough searing meat as it only has 2 burners.
The reason that I am worried is that I have a Genesis E310 and it was not hot enough so I had to add an additional burner basically creating an E330. What is the expertise experience and thoughts.
Would I be better of with a Q-3000? I am a bit negative to the Q series as it looks like it's the wrong way to grill but I have never tried one so I could be wrong.
