Hello Everyone!

My name is Doug and my wife got me my first Weber Kettle for Christmas this year. I am a big fan of BBQ and cooking so I figured a Weber Kettle was the logical next step after owning a propane grill. I knew there was more flavor to be had grilling on charcoal and so far I am beyond impressed with the Weber Kettle. I have also purchased a Vortex and Slow N' Sear to expand my grilling methods and am looking forward to perfecting the art.

Lets just say I have acquired a few Kettles.  Big and small.   Vintage and New...  Some say I have a problem.  I find the Kettle, buy the Kettle, USE the Kettle...No problem...
